As Supervisor, my duties consist of leading and supporting a crew ranging from three to twenty members, maintaining and approving timesheets for each job site, keep steady communication with the POC of the data center, ensuring each contract is completed in an orderly and timely manner, providing professional customer service to the POC and their team, responsible for reporting any issues or concerns present inside of the data center, and maintaining a professional attitude and positive environment for my employees. One of my essential duties as a Supervisor is to maintain safety for my team in the workplace; I believe following safety regulations and taking all necessary steps to prevent any human errors is imperative for my team's success.

I first started my career with Stohlman Volkswagen Automotive working in the Parts Department. My team was responsible for handling incoming orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the safe delivery of vehicle parts in the Volkswagen/ Subaru dealership. Specifically, my duties included communicating with customers and other departments over the phone, helping to maintain inventory of vehicle parts, and transporting parts to various departments on the dealership's campus.In March 2012, I was promoted to a Service Advisor with Stohlman's Service Department. As a Service Advisor, I greeted customers both over the phone and in-person, was responsible for financial transactions for vehicle service, effectively communicated orally and through written correspondence to patrons and different department supervisors, developed the ability to explain complex mechanical issues in an easy-to-understand manner to keep customers aware of service on their vehicles, helped advise and support for the mechanics, and provided professional and courteous customer service in a fast-paced environment.
