HealthConnect is joint venture between Seoul National University Hospital and SK Telecom.Product manager and service planner for In-house digital healthcare products.1) Responsibilities - Defined and developed innovation plan and strategy for digital healthcare products in Korea and China markets- Led and managed a team, consists of service planning, design, and development part, for making products for helping patients based on mobile and support clinical decisions to physicians - Conducted and operated a pilot test for both sides of patients and physician in order to test effectiveness and find profitable business models- Organized a team to support China’s business and cooperate with their branch members to create a proof of concept for localized service model - Analyzed user data and optimized both service models of Korea and China markets- Collaborated between cross functionally with other areas of the business, including telecommunication, hospital, manufacturing industry, and insurance company in order to design needed service model for each market- Operated domestic and internal exhibitions to promote in-house products as an exhibitor2) Achievements- Manage Diabetes management platform, named ‘HealthOn-G’, which consist of mobile application for patients, web portal for physician and experts get a Korea FDA 3rd Class and CE certificate in 2017- Conducted diabetes management solution for self-management patients at hospital in Wuxi city and community healthcare center of Xi’an city in China to get approval of effectiveness and possibility for China market in 2018.- Lunched B2B2C solution in 2019, named ‘HealthOn-G Lite’ based on WeChat mini program, provide service to patients for self-manage their health and tools for medical staff in order to support diagnosis for patients. - Launched B2C service named ‘코치코치당뇨’ in 2019 aimed Korean market which provide online coaching service about nutrition and exercises to diabetes patients.
