Since then, Erik has held various roles of increasing responsibility, including delivering Modern Workplace Environments, Device as a Service (DaaS), Unified Communications Strategy and Architecture, and many other user-centric innovations at world-renowned companies such as Amgen. Most recently, Erik was the Chief Strategy Officer at 1E, a Digital Employee Experience software provider. Before the software world, Erik led global strategy for NTT Data's Dynamic Workplace Services as Vice President of Dynamic Workplace. Erik is married and has four children. Erik’s hobbies include Real Estate, 3D Printing, Cooking, and Gardening. He also enjoys listening to audiobooks on long drives. In the afternoon’s you can find him rink-side watching his children playing ice hockey while escaping the Texas heat.
