Led global program and team for comprehensive nature-based solution strategies, policies, and plans with national and regional governments worldwide. Coordinated the implementation of a multi-year action plan for Integrated Initiatives for Economic Growth in Mali, a $45 million USAID-funded Feed the Future project. Oversaw the projects and initiatives of 10 technical experts to support monitoring and evaluations efforts and quarterly reports.Food security, agricultural value chain development, financial services, small business development.

Led organizational development efforts with agricultural cooperatives to stimulate community economic development through comprehensive food security initiatives. Conducted comprehensive needs assessments and facilitated the development of unique two-year long strategic plans aimed at increasing household revenues. Established and managed 12 microfinance institutions and trained 500 rural workers on the management of Village Savings and Loan Associations, which ensured long-term sustainability. Implemented comprehensive food security initiatives by improving productivity and commercialization, while reinforcing technical capacities through organizational development training.
