As an Acquisitions Senior Associate at Space Station Self Storage, a Heitman subsidiary, I am responsible for researching, underwriting, and closing self-storage acquisitions across the UK. In my 1.5+ years in this role, I have successfully closed multiple transactions with an aggregate value of over £50M, contributing to the growth and diversification of the company's portfolio.Prior to joining Space Station, I gained 8+ years of experience in real estate investment management, working with different asset classes, markets, and strategies. I started my career as a Controller at Aki KB Minibodegas, a Calzada Capital Partners Real Estate Operating Company, eventually becoming the company’s Investment Manager. I managed a portfolio of +15 self-storage facilities in Chile and Costa Rica, achieving an average annual NOI growth of 15%. I then moved to Aevitas Property Partners, where I focused on property technology investments, identifying and executing opportunities in the emerging proptech sector. I hold an MBA in Business Administration and Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Administrative Sciences from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
