• The County of LA/RR has implemented a digital transformation of the voting process, which required technical support during the election cycle of the 2020 Presidential Election. The environment was extremely fast-paced.
• Subcontractor to AT&T, I was part of an Executive Command Center team of 12, providing support through the extended election period as an essential worker for the County of LA, Registrar Recorder’s Office
• Performed 2nd level triage and diagnosis of Vote Center technology issues, resolving issues where possible with Vote Center workers and on-site Field Support Technicians
• Provided ticket hygiene services, identifying and reclassifying tickets that were misrouted through the workflow options
• Delivered outbound health check calls to the approximately 800 Vote Centers throughout LA County
• Supported all County Clerk, Board of Supervisors, and Secretary of State VIPs, monitoring Vote Center Wait Times and providing informational assistance
