Enterprise Systems Engineer
Current• Actively drives and manages the technology evaluation stage of the sales process• Works in conjunction with the sales team and customers as the key technical advisor and advocate for both customer requirements and our EMC solutions• Consults directly with customers articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users• Analyzes data collected from customer environment to identify issues, size solutions for growth and upgrades• Performs competitive research in order to better understand the industry and counter customer and competitor objections to EMC products and solutions • Identifies all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process• Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.• Develops and delivers product demonstrations• Develops responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
