The name I am known by is Elna, which means light. This is very true to my nature as I am a very positive and enthusiastic person. I enjoy a good challenge and am a go getter and never misses a deadline. Working under pressure makes me creative and working in a team is very informative from which great knowledge can flow.My working environments varied from industrial and commercial to construction and mining. My knowledge and experience from these different fields keeps me open minded and a great source of information. Still there are much for me to learn which I do eagerly and quickly. During all of my experiences and opportunities I was never restricted to just my own activities described in my various job descriptions which led me to gain information from different departments, cultures, office needs and general management. Delegating was a task I had to learn to adhere to as I am a perfectionist in my work. This led me to share and teach others what I know for them to also grow and reach their potential.I would truly be the change and positive contributor you would like to have in your organisation.
