As a patrol supervisor, I am responsible for making sure the officers under my direct command, approximately seven or more at a time, are well equipped to handle the tasks for the day. I am responsible for making sure they attend training at the proper time, approve their reports to make sure they have the proper information needed for follow-up investigation, collect any complaints by community members, investigate claims, help with budget items, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

As a co-owner and registered agent for my small business, I was responsible for making sure I was up to date with finances and having regular meetings with our accountant, solving any client concerns when they arose, involved heavily with ordering and maintaining a well-organized fleet of equipment, responsible for social media posting, and oversaw marketing strategies.
