I served as the Project Advisor to Kamarajar Port Ltd, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India (formerly Ennore Port Ltd), overseeing techno-commercial transactions for all current, upcoming, and proposed projects at the port, whether PPP or non-PPP.My responsibilities included:- Framing Requests for Qualification (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), and Concession Agreements.- Providing advisory support on ongoing and future projects, including dredging and reclamation efforts.- Completed significant projects such as:- Preparation of Detailed Feasibility Reports (DFR) for Container Terminal and Multi Cargo Terminal developments, each awarded to concessionaires for 30 years under PPP mode.- Detailed design and drawings for construction of coal berths 3 & 4 on a captive basis.- Selection of Independent Engineers for PPP projects.- Evaluation of proposals for expanding the existing coal terminal's capacity.- Consultant selection for establishing a Free Trade Warehousing Zone.- Feasibility studies for converting the Iron ore Terminal to a Common User Coal Terminal.- Feasibility Report for Marine Liquid Terminal II development on BOT basis.- Project Management Consultant selection for coal berths 3 & 4 construction.- Preparation of Concession Agreement for LNG terminal development.Throughout these assignments, I upheld a high reputation and ensured the successful execution of prestigious projects.
