With over 7 years of experience in engineering and project management, I have developed a strong expertise in lighting design, installation, and maintenance, as well as value engineering and cost optimization.My mission is to provide innovative and sustainable lighting solutions that meet the technical requirements and aesthetic intentions of our clients, while ensuring transparent communication and timely delivery. I am also passionate about mentoring and leading a team of 20 members, including site supervisors, skilled and unskilled workers, to achieve greater productivity and efficiency.
