In my role as a Software Engineer at Persona, I led the development of Screen Editor, a key tool in enhancing customer self-service capabilities within Dynamic Flow. This involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement a self-serve gating model for the Component Screen builder, as well as developing support for exposing component inquiry fields and custom logic to improve user experience.

Worked primarily on monetization to help improve Slack’s purchase experience

- Helped the process of moving Raheem's platform from a static website to a web application.- Re-engineered all of the Raheem's form components from a third party service to React. Also moved away from using that same third party service for data collection and storage, preferring to use Firebase Firestore- Implemented means of A/B testing potential features through Netlify

Working primarily on the professional side of the platform, I was responsible for building out components and improving user experience on the web. I helped develop what is known today as Instant Match, a key product feature that instantly connects pros to potential customers.

Developed several projects for high-end clients, which includes Google, Audemars Piguet, IWC, BluHomes, and Hennessy. Working with both internal and external development teams, along with designers and strategists, I was a part of teams that collaborate to deliver innovative, well-polished web experiences that use the latest front-end web technologies available.

Helped develop the online web application for CareLuLu. Working with the CTO, I was responsible for developing several main processes to be used for their initial launch, including the main school dashboard, favorites, search, and appointments. Also resolved design and development issues that arose during my contract.

Worked with CLR Development Team to enhance the company's intranet functionality. Was also involved in project discussions and processes, and worked to develop documentation for different development needs, including intranet documentation
