I make things I wish already existed and work to make people's lives better. I’m the CEO of Edge, a Y Combinator-backed company that helps lawyers draft better patents with AI. Our customers range from the Fortune 500 and Am Law 100 to boutiques and sole practitioners in every field of art. Edge brings efficiency and quality to any patent practitioner’s drafting process to help them meet tough deadlines and bring satisfaction to their clients.I got here by way of Berkeley Law School, where I was a Dean’s Scholar and won a Prosser Award, and the University of Chicago, where I was a University Scholar with general and departmental honors. I helped start a patent licensing company and invested in companies worth billions (and backed by patents).Along the way, I became a writer and have been published in Berkeley Technology Law Review, AIPLA INNOVATE, TechCrunch, and Palladium Magazine, among many others. I write about technology, society, and the law.In my spare time, I help bring technology to important institutions. I was the technology chairman of the Clinton Health Access Initiative, on the advisory board of USC Medical School’s Broad Center for Regenerative Medicine, and the youngest member of the MAK Museum’s Vienna Biennale Circle. In 2023, I was recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30: Los Angeles.
