Current− Conducted in-depth KPI performance analysis (LTE and GSM Technology) following the MOCN (Multi Operator Core Network) trial in the PADANG area. Utilized MYSQL for data analysis and visualized performance outcomes using Excel and Tableau. Provided effective solutions to address performance degradation in both LTE and GSM networks.− Developed an efficient tool using VBA Macro in Excel to accelerate the monitoring and KPI analysis process, as well as to generate presentation reports post MOCN implementation. Leveraged programming languages MYSQL and VBA Macro to enhance efficiency. Visualized KPIs using Ms. Excel.− Conducted data analysis to perform a parameter discrepancy audit by comparing dump parameter database with the Golden Parameter reference and assessing capacity load balancing.− Resolved critical network issues, improving quality and customer satisfaction.− Collaborated with departments to implement solutions and enhance processes.
