Eric secured his broker license in 2007 and went on to found California Standards, Inc, a thriving real estate enterprise with a comprehensive range of services. He’s recruited and mentored hundreds of agents, oversees a team of approximately 140 agents at any given time, and has brokered over $1B in transactions.
