Officially, my title is Chief Growth Officer, but at Sendforsign, my responsibilities encompass the four areas where I excel:- Identifying growth opportunities for Sendforsign—whether it's finding new clients, forming partnerships, or securing investments, I actively search the market for avenues that can fuel our expansion.- Capitalizing on opportunities—not only is it crucial to uncover opportunities, but it's also essential to approach them correctly and foster mutual interest.- Cultivating a corporate culture—although our team is relatively small, I believe the foundation of our culture is being established now. This includes how we communicate internally, the values we uphold, the objectives we aim for, and the conditions under which we work. I am committed to ensuring our environment is supportive and free from toxicity.- Developing the brand—this is a complex task, as the brand is vital for both clients and employees. Managing Sendforsign's online presence is a significant part of this role.
