Started as a tech support analyst supporting products like Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise, Replication Server, SQL Anywhere, C/C++ libraries (Open Client/Server and ESQL/C) and development environments (Power++ and PowerJ) on Unix and Windows platforms.After a couple of years, moved to Professional Services Consulting area to act as a consultant for Sybase products and perform services like server installation and configuration, performance and tuning, C/C++ library development, training and data corruption repairment.
