Having professional insights of Flow Chemistry, Scale-up & Technology Transfer, Equipment Selection & Design, Technology Development, Optimization of Batch process, Process Engineering, Troubleshooting.Transforming Batch process into Continuous process for APIs using with Novel Techniques.Scale-up trouble shooting & De-bottlenecking for Unit Operations, like Crystallization, Mixing, Filtration, Drying.Development of Process Engineering & Flow Chemistry lab for Studying the Reaction Kinetic & Pilot plant studies. Excellent research experience in the area of Design and Scale-up of Chemical Process Equipment for Process Development, Process Intensification using Computational & Experimental Fluid Dynamics (CFD & EFD).
