Working as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Research and Development department developing and engineering various new cutting edge technologies.

Worked under the supervision of Dr. Vishal Gupta conducting research in the field of additive manufacturing and finite element analysis working on various projects such as Finite Element Analysis of a 3D printed bone plate which was also presented in the international conference on Modelling of Systethis and Destruction of Advanced Materials (Minsk,2024). Also, assisted in a SERB funded project for development of smart implants for monitoring of bone fracture healing.

Led the development, design, and modeling of a ground-up Ultrasonic Assisted Drilling setup. Employing metallic 3-D printers with SLM technology, I manufactured specimens for subsequent evaluation.The analysis of cutting forces through dynamometer measurements, chip morphology via FESEM technology, and surface topology and roughness using profilometer and 3D microscope techniques were done. Additionally, I conducted Finite Element Analysis simulations, focusing on modal analysis and stress profile generation, using Ansys. The culmination of these efforts resulted in a research publication.
