• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors• Assist to develop project definition and project plan for all projects, identify milestones,agreeing and addressing scope and criteria of milestones achievement• Obtaining preliminary budget, assist in compiling, establishing, and managementof capex budget, cash flow forecasts, and updated revisions• Review the work progress on a daily basis• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

• Manage and implement direction development for organizational project management, including coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope, along with overseeing all aspects of the projects, to support business operations, aligning with organizational goals and objectives• Implement policies and directions of project management to develop project scopes and objectives, to ensure effective projects• Lead and oversee all aspects of the projects to ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and budget• Track and analyze project performance to follow up the progress and solve problems• Apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, scheduleand costs• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support project management effectively• Coordinate internal resources and external to execute flawless projects and maintain relationship with third parties• Monitor making reports to summarize overall project management to improve performance of staffs and delegate project tasks more effectively

• Inspect all waterproofing system which ongoing activities at project site• Coordinate with construction engineers and PMT (Project Management Team) & ProjectInspection Department (PID) for inspection plan and schedule of each activities• Coordinate with consultant & main contractor regarding the site activities as per standardof Xypex• Site investigate for water leak issues and prepared the leakage report to commercedepartment for submit the pricing cost in order.• Prepare the method statement including safety specification and work protocol andsubmit to site for approval• Answer the RFI which requested from project sites• Supervise over 30 nos of workers• Estimate the cost in every month refer from the master schedule of site project forforecast the monthly income and send to manager for forecast the material ordering anddelivering• Prepare access control report for the equipment

• Inspect all civil ongoing activities at project site• Coordinate with construction engineers and PMT (Project Management Team) & ProjectInspection Department (PID) for inspection of each activity for client approval• Coordinate with consultant regarding the site activities as per standard• Inspection of concrete finishing and building finishing according to standard andspecification• Inspect all formwork and reinforce steel work as per standard• Liaise with the contractor’s field staff and third-party laboratory to ensure that allrequired testing has been performed as per standard• Great ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing• Inspect roads and utility diversions, earthworks, waterproofing & concreting• Review all quality related activities & preparing all quality related reports on site• Issue the NCR (Non-Conformance Report) for any nonconformance• Review third laboratory inspection• Document all WIR’s (Work Inspection Request) after signed by the consultant.• Witness and sentence of all site inspections within their disciplines• Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are currentstatus• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken• Review all inspection reports for compliance• Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and aremaintained• Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation• Attend the weekly QC meetings• Review/prepare for work procedures and method statements for compliance with goodwork practices and the customers contract specializations• Assist to site manager to coordinate to local subcontractor• Assist to Project manager to lead the worker when required• Compliance with the site's health and safety regulations
