I also collaborate with other coaches, therapists, and nutritionists to ensure optimal performance and injury prevention for our clients.I have a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from DurhamCollege, where I learned the fundamentals of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and anatomy.
