I am working as a Location HR Business Partner in IDFC First Bank Ltd. I am responsible for employees across geography (North India). My job includes - 1) Effective communication and implementation of HR processes and policies 2) Resolving employee queries within SLA 3) Deploy centrally driven employee engagement activities and surveys within the business 4) Perform yearly performance appraisal of 500 employees of business 5)Plan, implement and monitor all employee connect initiatives like Annual Talent Reviews, rewards and recognition 6)Effectively handle deployment of manpower after completion of projects.Prior to this I worked as a HRBP in Reliance Industries limited and also as HR Analyst in Corporate HR of RIL.I was responsible for new strategic HR initiatives for employees of Reliance Hydrocarbons. I worked with the team of 50 employees which was responsible for identifying new areas for development and better experience of employees of Reliance. Earlier, as a part of HR- Governance and Integration team I worked on various projects like HR Operational center which defined whole new way of working of different HR functions. It includes designing and monitoring of KPIs (630 no.) for all HR functions. I did MBA(HRD) from Delhi School of Economics and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from YMCA.
