Manage day to day PMO operation for fiber optic roll out within Jabodetabek, Surabaya, Bandung.

I was managing one department to develop Mstars’ products (www.popmaya.com and Lilo City – 3D Social Virtual Media). The main objective of the department is to achieve the entire milestone and met the target (time to market). I was challenge to combine my experience as a Project Manager and managing all the aspect to running this role. I have 5 sub ordinates (Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business manager, Programming Staff and Designer). My role and responsibilities:Improving project management process within an organization. Empower internal teams to deliver their target more successfully and focuses on coaching projects through mentoring, administration and reporting.Manage day to day operational outsources (since all development phase developed by crowd sourcing method) Conduct project reviews, audits, assessments and governance. Manage stakeholder’s expectation regarding features of the product. Manage and conduct online promotion to regarding its program within both products.Analyze and review both products to improve its performance and to become well known Social Media.
