Extra focus on global Comp&Ben.Main responsibilities:-Business partnering with managers from executive level to execute and follow-up on our People strategy both strategical, tactical and operationally, while always keeping our culture and employee engagement strong. -Providing processes, guidance and support in all areas and processes within the whole People & Culture scope globally including but not limited to working with leadership development, setting global performance management and working continously with our company culture. -Global Comp&Ben - Developing and implementing global Comp&Ben-structures and policys alongside securing the payroll cycle to run smoothly on a global level. Responsible for global job architecture, global salary review process and ensuring a competitive rewards-system (STIP and LTIP).-Multiple projects within the HR scope; implementing new HR System (CatalystOne), Procurement and implementation of new pension partner and review of all People Policies globally to name a few.We think big, We take charge and We are one!

Strategic and operational work within the whole employee journey from attraction to offboarding in close cooperation with the Swedish management team and stakeholders within our organization. Main responsibilities:-Strategic projects related to attraction, retention, engagement & performance, L&D, succession, comp&ben and leadership development to name a few.-Teaming with our managers to ensure that we always develop and improve our ways of working with our long-term goals and top class leadership top of mind. -Building, leading and developing the Talent Acquisition organization within Academic Work. This includes leading a team of 7 Talent Acquisition Partners, 4 Talent Acquisition Coordinators and 8 Talent Acquisition Assistants, and always ensuring strong manager support in all HR-related areas.-Ensuring that we always develop and improve our ways of working, becoming better than we were yesterday with our long-term goals always in focus. As Team Manager I lead and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants, Recruitment Coordinators and Staffing and Recruitment Assistants, ensuring we meet or exceed our process goals and KPI's while also creating engagement within the team. Member of the branch management team, with strategic work and projects to ensure results, development and engagement for the branch.

Full responsibility for full-cycle recruitments in different areas with focus within IT. I match talent with a variety of interesting positions at exciting companies. The role as Recruitment Consultant means working in close collaboration and dialouge with recruiting managers in a variety of organizations and taking the overall responsibility and ownership for the full recruitment process. I build strong partnership with my clients and offer them advice and expertise in how to attract, engage and develop talents.

In addition to my role as Recruitment Consultant, I lead a team of 9 Staffing and Recruitment Assistants. The role means securing engagement and performance for my team members, as well as reporting performance and KPI:s to local management group. Continous work with motivating and developing my team members by performing 1:1 meetings and team meetings, challenging them and offer support and guidance in their day-to-day work.

As Labour Law Specialist I support our swedish organization in all matters related to labour law. The role means both strategical work in how we develop and improve our processes and work proactively to secure compliance within the labour law area as well as operational support to our Consultant Managers, Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers and offering guidance when dealing with a variety of issues within the labour law area.

As a Consultant Manager I am a business partner towards my clients and a career partner towards my consultants. Together with my clients I analyse their needs and come up with a staffing solution that suits their organisation, in a short-term and long-term perspective. I then have full responsibility of the entire recruitment process and to follow up my consultants on their active assignments, as their manager. The role means full employer responsibility over my consultants, and operational management in all areas of my consultants employments. During my years as a Consultant Manager, I've worked with a broad variety of organizations within a wide range of business areas.

As Staffing & Recruitment Assistant I support and assist our Consultant Managers in their recruitment processes and in managing their consultants.
