• Managed the EDS Service Management Center which consisted 36 Outsourced Data Centers, their finances, billing, all of their resources, and service support areas as well as the 5 Remote Print and Output Centers • Delivered Mainframe, AS 400, Unix (HP, Sun, Linux), Novel and Microsoft (Intel), Telecom and Voice outsourcing services in centralized and distributed locations for General Motors, American Express, Citibank, Diners Club, Xerox, Aeromexico, Mexicana, GNP, and New York Life, among others.• Through the 5 print and output service centers we printed over 4.2 Million pages of: manuals, reports, stickers, checks, account statements and other formats. • The service center was divided as follows: Production Planning, Production Support, Quality and Processes, Tools, Librarian, Disaster Recovery Administration, Financial Management and Reporting, Facilities Management, Operations, and Print Center Management. Their offerings ranged from application management, testing, promotion, production scheduling, storage management, performance management, operations automation, and production operation, communication administration and support, and all of their printing and transfer outputs.
