Responsible for building a new Data Science capability in the OpCo. Main objectives: to design, develop and implement high quality reporting solutions based on "single source of truth" principle (B1 project). Key challenges:- set up data infrastructure dealing with various types of data (structured and unstructured, internal and external, locally available and provided by Global IT team)- design and develop interactive reports and dashboards that allow to assess business performance as well as provide actionable insights- create data-driven solutions to business problems for all departments- provide guidance, mentoring and custom solutions to key business users across the companyAdditionally, create multiple data products that provide insight and foresight from data to improve operations and gain competitive advantage.

Helped to successfully build a new Revenue Management capability in the OpCo. The primary goal was the implementation of revenue management infrastructure and to drive "value over volume" mindset.Developed a new extensive analysis toolkit based on various internal and external data sources that provided valuable business insights that allowed to:- perform SKU optimization with the objective of capturing maximum value and volume from the market, reducing supply chain complexity and increasing overall profitability- optimize promo strategy and improve RoI- redefine and implement Wholesaler’s Trade terms that lowered discount pay-out and led to top line growth at the same time (recognized as the best practice in Europe)- improve merchandising and secondary positioning standards that provided additional share of space for more profitable packs- provide inputs for long-term pricing strategy and discount levels for planning cycles- help business to quantify bottom line impact of new business ideas- estimate financial projections after each S&OP cycle
