The 6-in-1 project management application designed to enhance individual and team planning, boost productivity, foster effective collaboration, and enable users to prioritize tasks based on immediate needs.Being a Product Designer and Squad Lead, I owned the iterative design process for 2 key modules and supported feature development for other modules. Collaborating closely with the CEO, PMs, developers, and QA, I ensured alignment between business objectives and user needs. I contributed to the Design System, crafted presentation assets, email and landing page designs, and actively participated in the design hiring process, conducting 20+ interviews.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams on projects across diverse industries, including healthcare, nonprofit, social care, and e-commerce. Being in charge of the entire design process, my role varied from conceptualizing solutions from scratch to refining and supporting established functionality.

I designed and enhanced solutions across the company's travel and online booking platforms. I conducted user research, refined UX and UI solutions, crafted responsive web designs, optimized booking journeys, and created Google Ads banners.

I contributed to digital marketing efforts across the company's portfolio of 10+ websites and external platforms. My core responsibilities included creating unique content, optimizing search engine rankings through SEO practices, engaging audiences via social media marketing, managing targeted newsletter and email drip campaigns, and enhancing user experiences through customer surveys, A/B and multivariate testing.
