During my successful time as an intern, to the level of an IT support officer for the IT Department of Information Communication and Technology, Ebonyi State Government House, proved to be rewarding. This fine-tuned my skills on a personal and professional level. I became the team leader in my group as an IT support officer and being a team player certainly made the operation improve. Planning and conducting reports aided in analyzing flaws. This honed my technical abilities to maintain and diagnose system malfunctions from malware. Working against cyber-security threats significantly aimed at data breach prevention at Suncraft Group IT department made the need to figure out how to prevent future cyber attacks around my organization.
