Hotell Gässlingen is a hotel in Scandinavian Style close to the best beaches in Sweden. It has a restaurant, that can take up to 120 guests, a spa, a relaxation area and a pool as well as four conference rooms.The hotel is busy all year round with both business and leisure travel, they're also famous for hosting weddings and conferences.AREAS OF EXPERTISEAccurate in cash reconciliations.Effective in task prioritization leading to a very smooth-running night shift.Administration.As the Night Manager of four hotels in the area; my main task was to be there for the guests when the rest of the hotels were closed overnight.Including all, but not limited to, the tasks below:• Daily cash reconciliations.• Analysing issues and seeking effective solutions.• Completing the night audit in a timely manner.• Overseeing the smooth operation of the Front of House department• Helped incoming guests with check in and rooms when required.• Attended the bar late night for any guests needing drinks or snacks. • Stock checks and restocking of the bar.• Ensured the security of the hotels at night.• Completed any other tasks overnight, as stipulated by the hotel manager.
