• Coordinating the team to ensure all activities are up to date and carried out effectively.
• Reviewing all information provided by the HR operations team as well as requesting the latest data.
• Preparation and submission of monthly payroll and Invoice of all clients across various industries and regions in Nigeria and other African countries.
• Preparation of yearly leave allowance, Christmas bonus and other bonuses of seconded staff for payment as advised.
• Preparation of salary breakdown for clients.

• Gather information used for payroll processing concerning each employee.
• Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses.
• Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
• Prepare reports to relevant departments/outlets about payroll, company budget and expenses.
• Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system.

OAAF is an NGO that promotes environmental awareness through the use of Art & Crafts.In 2018, the Foundation selected 100 public schools in Ibadan, Oyo State to participate in an art and craft competition titled "Plastic Pollution and Climate Change." I had the privilege of being one of the facilitators.I managed the program in five schools with a combined.
