I am involved in the area of operations related to people processes and support the Finance, HR and Learning & Development teams on the larger National Operations team. Included in my role currently, within the Performance Improvement unit, I manage performance tracking and forms, the upward feedback process, and knowledge management related to those areas. I also continue to gain experience related to training tracking and expense allocations as well as assist with budget forecasts related to specific training conducts.Prior to my current position with A&M, I performed Executive Assistant duties with the National A&M Performance Improvement Practice. Some of my notable experience includes creation of a people database to track and provide statistical insights around people data, formation of an upward feedback survey and reporting structure, and local support for health awareness around the field of nutrition.People are my passion and my background in nutrition and food intelligence training is my driving force on a personal level.
