My role as an Account Manager is to find customers or tender information for companies who need office uniforms or field work uniforms. Provide the best offers so we can supply they needs.And as an Market Planner Strategist, i create and develop leads market (especially in B2B market), conduct some research on companies background that have the potential to become our clients. After that helping other Account Manager and Sales Team with the research result to mapping clients needs or possible product can we provide to our clients.

As an CEO, I lead a team of 6 people before pandemic. Create and develop company SOPs, making KPIs, and review their performance according to KPIs is a must. As a Leader, create and maintaining a comfortable working environment is something that I can do normally. I also develop and maintain partnership with 8 vendors based on our clients needs. This role also include:• Cooperated with the Finance Division to find Project Investors.• Maintain good relationship with clients.

As an CMO, I create and develop marketing plan and strategy to enter B2B, B2G, and B2C market. B2B and B2G market is our top priority and B2C market to maximize bottom-line profitability. I usually set a sales target refer to company KPIs and lead my team to achieve that. In 2019, I create marketing campaign #bikinsesukamu which means that clients can make a product and request anything they want. Either still don't know what item are suitable for their event or don't have a mockup design for the product, Creaselle Sintesa can fulfill their wants. With this campaign, we can improve and maintain customer retention.This role include:• Increase company revenue in B2B market.• Improve and maintain customer retention.• Provide solutions for goods or services according to clients needs, such as graphic design.• Team up with the Operational Division to make cooperation contracts for vendors to minimize product defects.

This role include:• Make Work and Production Process SOPs.• Make production flows.• Train employees (Kitchen Assisstant Team) for production process.• Create marketing strategy every month and develop marketing content for instagram feed. This role include:• Make Work SOPs and Teaching SOPs for tutors as known as “kaka kita”.• Collaborating with student associations in every association activity for our marketing activities.• Doing research and create suitable learning methods for college students.• Conducting selection process of prospective tutors “kaka kita”.• Create marketing content such as videos or graphic designs.• Collaborating with restaurant / cafe / co-working space as an operational place for teaching and learning activities.• Create an MDP (Manager Development Program) program for college students who want to do an internship.• Make work shifts for all “kaka kita” every month according to each “kaka kita” lecture schedule and other activities.
