Dutch Childhood Oncology Group - LATe Effects Registry (DCOG LATER)Description PhD research:Title of PhD thesis: “Childhood cancer survivors: clinical decision support & research participation” 1. LATER-guideline: Evidence-based guidelines have been developed for screening childhood cancer survivors for possible late complications of disease and treatment (the LATER-guideline). In this study we implement the paper LATER guideline into a prototype Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) fitted to healthcare practitioners’ information processing and compare usability, efficiency and effectiveness between the paper guideline against the CDSS 2. DCOG LATER questionnaire-study: The goal of this study is to achieve the highest possible participation rate in the DCOG LATER questionnaire-study (www.skionlaterstudie.nl). In this study we assess selection bias and strategies to increase participation rates.In addition:- PanCareSurFup Late Mortality: The goal of this study is to analyze late cause-specific mortality of the Dutch LATER-cohort (a cohort of 5-year childhood cancer survivors).
