I have been in Oracle in a number of roles over the last few years. I've had the pleasure of working with some great people and inspirational leaders in:- the Business Development Group (Demand Generation) where I called out on outbound campaigns, handled inbound queries and worked on low value transactions- the Customer Optimization Licensing Sales in the UK SME team where I worked with customers to resolve key business issues and concerns around their Oracle licensing- the Storage inside sales organisation in the UK where I sold Oracle's storage solutions into customers across a number of industries- I worked with Oracle's partner network, focusing on hardware- I was an account manager, focusing on Oracle's Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure PortfolioI've overachieved on my KPIs and metrics every year that I have been here and have had the great fortune of working with Oracle customers ranging from smaller startups to accounts drawn from the Fortune 500.In my current role, I manage a team of sales and business development representatives who generate demand for Oracle's Hospitality and Food & Beverage solutions. Over the course of their time on my team, I coach them on their journey into closing sales roles. I also coach, mentor and guide colleagues. I also enjoy music and and regularly play in bands, conduct music groups and produce records.
