Eelco is a highly experienced security-minded full-stack developer, technical architect and team lead with extensive experience in IT projects in general and Java in particular. He has extensive experience in designing and architecting applications using UML, leading teams and quality management. Eelco’s preferred roles are in developing, security, architecture, consulting, technical team lead and quality assurance. In order to fulfill this role adequately, he prefers to maintain hands on experience with the technology. Eelco has been working in the IT industry for over 23 years now and almost immediately started with the Java technology. He worked as a R&D employee, senior JEE architect, team leader and Java EE technology and security consultant. In recent years Eelco has been working on the development and distribution of mobile applications for both iOS and Android, as well as the development of the mobile Backend as a Service platform Plamo.Eelco has in-depth knowledge in and a lot of hands-on experience with Java EE, iOS, security, integration, Kubernetes, database technologies, blockchain and verifiable credentials and can advise how these technologies can be applied within a company’s infrastructure. He is very analytical, well able to present solutions and motivate his team/colleagues. He is very pragmatic and hands-on and he has solved many complex technology challenges himself in the past.
