I currently work as a Research Director in B2C Corporate Survey at Hanover Research, a market research firm based in Arlington, Virginia. I oversee and manage all aspects of the research project end-to-end, from scoping to design to programming to testing to analysis to delivery. I also oversee and manage a small team of researchers.Formerly, I worked as a Content Analyst at Hanover. I was responsible for survey design, testing, and analysis, as well as employing secondary and qualitative research methods to help meet client needs. I lead managing researchers, assigning their workflow and editing reports.I am a former Research Assistant at the Institute for Public Policy and Economic Development, a think tank out of Wilkes University specializing in both client-commissioned and community-based economic and market data research. As the Research Assistant, I was responsible for client and community research, administrative functions, logistics and coordination for meetings and events, and intern recruitment, among other duties. I am a 2016 graduate from the University of Scranton, where I received a Bachelor's Degree of Science with a double major in Economics and History and a minor in Political Science.
