Sales Manager
Current• Responsible for effectively managing and supervising sales area by planning and focusing sales targets • Giving clients all advices and solutions on all aspects of networks and communication needed. • Selling internet services to corporate user and Fiber Optic link (local loop) to ISP partners.• Handling ICT infrastructure projects such as price negotiation, scheduling technical survey, controlling implementation, and BAST• Assist and coach sales team to achieve our sales target, staff recruitment and development, and promoting the very highest level of service.• Provide assistance and coaching sales team to achieve sales target, both individually and as a team.• Create a business case/price projection that will be used by each salesperson to provide price offers to potential customer.• Make a sales department work plan every year.• Conduct market research, prepare market potential analyzes and carry out corporate market acquisitions.• Control daily sales activities and assist and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.• Provide input to the CEO in creating a sales commission scheme.• Create work plans and program for customer loyalty and satisfaction.• Assist and provide advice regarding every customer complaint regarding Netstar services.• Maintain good relationships with existing customers• Develop brand awareness including new products and innovations.• Regular meeting all sales team concerning to sales targets & direct report to the CEO.• Recapitulate SLA calculations along with restitution and send performance report letters every month to all existing customer.• In 2015 – 2019 it was assigned to open branches in Bekasi and Cikarang and responsible for managing and supervising the sales area effectively by planning and focusing on sales targets.
