Erick’s purpose is to help others succeed by teaching and inspiring them to find, synthesize and implement the best ideas in the world. His proven ability to help people and teams explore new perspectives and test the limits of the art of the possible has been a key ingredient in dozens of successful software products.Erick knew he was destined to work in technology since he first started writing code for Apple ][ computers in middle school in 1980. As his professional career took off early in the era of the personal computer, what he didn’t know (but quickly realized) was that there was a gulf of understanding and appreciation between gifted engineers and business people. This realization led to early-career opportunities to lead and represent technical teams. His ability to bridge this divide has been the core ingredient of his success.Today, Erick uses this unique perspective and ability to help high-performing technology business owners, executives and their teams cut through the barriers to their full potential.You will typically find Erick wearing a Hawaiian shirt and jeans and on rare occasions a sport coat. In his spare time, he’s probably spending time with his wife of 30 years, reading a business book or biography, researching the latest business and technology trends, or building something on a 3d printer.
