As an Inspirator, I work individually with participants to support, inspire, engage and motivate them along their path to health. I meet with my participants virtually using video chat, phone, emails and/or text. I educate them on the importance of proper nutrition, exercise, behavioral well-being and how their genetics plays a role in each of these areas. My ultimate goal is to help each of them to decrease their risk of developing preventable chronic disease by changing their habits and improving their lifestyle.
