Current1. Manage and maintain information systems used in disaster management, including applications for planning, monitoring, and reporting on disasters.2. Prepare technical documentation related to systems and applications, including user manuals and maintenance procedures.3. Optimize the use of information technology in BNPB's operations, including the development and updating of web- and mobile-based applications.4. Perform maintenance and repair of hardware (computers, servers, networks) and software (operating systems, applications) to ensure availability and optimal performance.5. Manage and oversee computer networks and ensure connectivity and data security across BNPB’s internal systems and those of related agencies.6. Provide technical support to users within BNPB, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.7. Conduct training or orientation sessions on the use of systems or applications for BNPB staff or external parties involved in disaster management.8. Implement information security policies and procedures to protect disaster-related data from threats of leakage or loss.9. Manage system access and authorization to ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive data and applications.
