Lead and coordinate within Geologist team (25 - 30 Geologists) to achieve the team's objectives, both at field geology activities (surface/subsurface mapping, drilling at more than 61,000 hectares concerned area), geology database and geology modeling (more than 44,000 boreholes and 300 coal seams).Preparing the annual Coal Resource Estimation Report based on KCMI/JORC Code.Coordinate and control the Contractors (drilling, geophysical logging, coal quality laboratory and geology consultants) to secure their services and technical advices within time and budget to the required standard.

Create and design exploration program (surface/subsurface mapping, drilling) that comform with longterm mine planning, land compensation status, government's regulations and Company's objectives.Supervise exploration Geologist activities (20 - 25 Geologists) related to the execution of exploration programs, including to manage the geologist's roster and their competency development in order to achieve the most effective working implementation without ignoring safety aspect and enviromental issue. Liaise with other related paties regarding execution of drilling program, including to the Contractor and the Consultants.

Working on 2 shift schedule (12 hours, Night/Day shift), supervise exploration drilling activity including samples acquisition process and cutting/core lithological description. Liaise with Drilling-Bulldozer-Survey teams and any relevant parties regarding to execute the drilling programs.Prepare the reconciliation betwen field geology data and geophysical log data to the required standard.Conduct the geological mapping and prepare the report.
