I have experience in issues related to antitrust, class actions, energy, securities, and regulatory matters.I have supported expert witnesses in all phases of litigation, including trial. I have worked on cases before state and federal courts, state regulatory commissions, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission. I have also served as an expert before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and provided testimony to the Commission on several occasions.My securities experience includes performing damages exposure analyses and supporting experts in their preparation of testimony and reports on class certification, damages, and liability issues in numerous Rule 10b-5 and Section 11 matters, as well as in preparation for deposition and trial. I have extensive experience in analyzing market power in wholesale electric power markets. I have analyzed such markets in several merger and acquisition proceedings and supported preparation of numerous wholesale power market analyses associated with company applications for market-based rate authority from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. I have provided testimony to the Commission on these issues on several occasions.I also have worked on a number of antitrust cases involving allegations of price fixing, market manipulation, predatory pricing, and attempted monopolization, as well as analyses of mergers and acquisitions.
