I am a Network Engineer at CSquared, a technology company that invests in broadband-enabling infrastructure throughout Africa. I am also pursuing a certificate in Machine Learning from Stanford University, and I am passionate about applying artificial intelligence to enhance network performance and security.In my current role, I design, implement, secure, and manage connectivity solutions that bring the world closer together. I handle advanced IP/MPLS configurations and network changes, ensure that all network management systems and tools function properly, and formulate and follow network change management procedures. I also provide L1 and L2 IT support to staff and customers, train end-users on hardware and software functionality, and resolve logged complaints promptly. Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at MTN Ghana, assisting approximately 150 customers daily with service delivery, product promotion, and issue escalation. My core competencies include enterprise networking, programming, cloud computing, Linux, web application, and Git. I also have strong leadership, foresight, customer-centric, intercultural fluency, and empathy skills.
