Florida Hospital Winter Park Project Wellness Center• Create Navisworks coordination model • Write initial RFI package to GC, architect, and design team; highlighting feasibility and consistency issues in design drawings • Rebuild prefabrication standards for VDC department: fine-tune spool template, report, and shop drawing processes• Utilize equipment submittals and design drawings to create roof layout for equipment, and equipment penetrations• Create prefabrication (spools, shops, and bill of materials) and field ( packages for underground plumbingFlorida Advanced Manufacturing & Research Center, Osceola County • Reverse engineer design schematics, details, control diagrams, and floor plans to verify intent• Review mechanical equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, tanks, heat exchangers etc.) to confirm criteria specifications are met per design requirement• Redesign chill water system for central energy plant• Spent 3 months on site; aiding installation of CEP room and coordination of difficult areas using 3D model• Make vendor fitting selections that are fiscally efficient and physically preferable • Coordinate the proper layout for mechanical and plumbing systems (pipe, equipment, etc.)• Acquire and interpret technical documents and spec sheets for mechanical equipment• Provide instruction and deadlines for outsource drafting teamVolcano Bay, Universal Studios Florida • Generate field ready shop drawings for filtration, suction, gravity, and mechanical pipe systems via design plans• Populate digital plans in AutoCAD MEP with cataloged pipe and fittings to yield accurate 3-dimensional fit environment• Coordinate site pipe and bunker plans with all other disciplines and design teams • Visit project site bi-monthly to verify progress
