Activities performed:Sub-structure Responsibilities: Piling Work Supervision of 0.8m to 1.0m diameter maximum 40m depth cast in situ friction pile construction with Hydraulic Rotary Rig and performed SBMT test, viscosity test, Density test, PH test and also Pilot pile load test by Dynamic load test method and static load test method. Pile Cap Rebar fabrication, formwork and concreting and also performed Pile Integrity Test before starting Pile cap foundation work. Plate Bearing Test performed for testing the bearing capacity of soil for making ramp approach road.Super-structure Responsibilities: Pier Columns Rebar fabrication, formwork and proper concreting where we have maintained the final Reduce level of piers & co-ordinates and prevented shutter failures or honey combs after concreting. After rebar fabrication before concretion checked earthling& bonding result. Pre stress concrete of I-Girder preparation, Rebar Fabrication and Binding, Concreting, Stressing (One stroke and multiple strokes and also from one side and both sides), Grouting, Recess filling to erection with a master planning. Reinforced Deck Panels Rebar fabrication, formwork and proper concreting where we have maintained the quality Pre stress Deck Panels Rebar fabrication, formwork installation, Stressing and proper concreting. Deck Slab rebar fabrication, erection deck panels with ensuring safety. Cast-In-Situ Concrete Barrier Rebar fabrication, formwork installation and proper concreting. Expansion Joint Rebar fabrication, strip seal joint installation and proper concreting. Flexible Pavement: Make surface rough by milling machine, apply tack coat & aggregate for waterproofing, check temperature of asphalt and apply it by paver machine, check undulation of pavement.Partial work performs:• Traffic Marking: Marking Edge line, lane line, warning line, chevron, arrow by thermoplastic paint. Check paint temperature, thickness and amount of glass bead.
