Project: Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Railway Bridge Construction Project, Package-WD2 • Performed the inspection of steel bridge members, temporary bent pile (SPSP) driving, wielding (DPT), STB bolt calibration test, box culvert, station building and railway track construction. • Progress of steel bridge erection like Stringer, Portal, Girder, Maintenance Walk, bearing installation have been inspected with consultants as per ITP. • Ensured all documentation, including RFI, material certificates, test results, and non-conformance reports, are correctly maintained and submitted. • Maintained quality control in accordance with approved procedures, ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS ISO 9001) standards for accurate documentation. • Collaborated with construction teams to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions, enhancing overall project quality.

Project: Matarbari 1200MW Ultra Super Critical Coal-fired Power Plant, Moheshkhali, Cox’s Bazar • Supervised of jetty construction, including steel pipe piling, fender, bollard, berth member and installation of structural components to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. • Oversaw the handling and organization of project documents, including certifications, calibration reports, test results, request for Inspection (RFI), non-Conformance Reports (NCR), site instructions, and monitoring records.• Worked on concrete strength testing, slump test, rebound testing, crack repairing, painting, concrete pouring and installation of anti-corrosive cathodic protection system for steel piles. • Conducted regular inspections of construction activities to verify compliance with design specifications. • Monitored progress against project milestones and provided regular status updates to project managers.

Project: UNICEF lifesaving WASH Services for the Host Community Project, Cox’s Bazar. • Collaborated with UNICEF to expand facilities and services for both of Rohingya refugees and host community, focusing on education, health, and child protection. • Collected and analyzed data on camp growth metrics, contributing to strategic planning and reporting for stakeholder and donors. • Engaged with refugee and host community members to understand needs, providing support and facilities access to essential services. • Prepared the progress schedule to monitor & control the scheduled time of work. • Visited Rohingya camp and host communities WASH related all the construction works of the UNICEF implementation partners.

Project: CWSISP/W4, Chittagong WASA Project, Chittagong, Bangladesh • Supervision & quality control of DI pipeline construction such as Pipe laying Push-on joints, Restrained joints, Flanged joints, Under crossing, Over crossing, Air-valve chambers, Wash-out chambers and butterfly chambers. • Overseeing field construction works like Culvert, Pre-cast slab of valve chamber concrete pouring and finishing activities. • Prepare work schedules, equipment, materials and personnel plans to complete projects within deadlines. • Ensuring execution and implementation of site construction works according to project work schedule.
