With over five years of work experience in data analytics and research, I am a Strategist at Google, where I lead the User Safety team for Google Ads Safe Revenue. My mission is to ensure product integrity for new Google Ads policies by creating operational processes that improve advertiser experience and verification. I am passionate about leveraging data to drive revenue-positive ad classification changes in partnership with engineering and product teams. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with clients across different industries and sectors, including non-profit, finance, and litigation.Prior to joining Google, I was a Senior Research Analyst at The Brattle Group, where I provided data analytics and research insight to testifying experts across the Litigation and Finance Practice Area. I collected, cleaned, and compiled data from various sources, conducted high quality and accurate statistical analysis, including Monte Carlo simulations and regression analysis, and developed rigorous financial and statistical models to support clients in finance-related litigation matters. I also communicated research findings to non-technical clients through crisp graphs, tables, and memorandums. In addition, I assisted in and conducted trainings in Excel and VBA for new employees at Brattle.
