I am currently working on a corporate governance benchmarking study, in addition to designing profiles for upcoming speakers at Medrad's annual conference. I am also coordinating the production of a customer service video, specifically addressing best practices representatives demonstrate when interacting with customers.

I coordinated focus groups comprised of local performing artists, parents, teachers, visual artists and community leaders, and analyzed their discussion on the impact artist residencies have on student learning, teacher practice and school culture. I also created, implemented and analyzed a marketing feasibility study that raised questions about the.

Researched, co-wrote and presented a governance study focusing primarily on local parks governance structures in comparison with national models, with the framework of possible City-County consolidation in mind.

Coordinated and gave daily VIP tours of the largest chocolate manufacturing plant in the world. Tours focused on food production, safety and compliance, ingredients, company history and philosophy and consumer sales. In addition I directed and managed an annual philanthropic event where 1200 student athletes toured the plant during one day.

Designed and implemented a direct marketing strategy, published written press releases and calendar listings and wrote an internal manual on a marketing program I co-created with my supervisor.
