I advise business owners on the sale of their company, either to a competitor, a private equity investor or to their employees through an ESOP. I also work on a wide variety of business valuation projects for financial reporting, tax planning, ESOP compliance, healthcare compliance and other corporate purposes. I work in all industries, but have a significant concentration of clients in the architect, engineering and construction (AEC) industries, as well as manufacturing, distribution and healthcare services. I joined AE in 2015, after spending 20 years or so with large financial service firms.
