As an Operations Manager at HTI Visions, a Surveillance System Installation company in the New York City area and surrounding region, I have been applying my analytical skills and process improvement techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of our services for over 13 years. I am responsible for coordinating, managing, and monitoring the workings of various departments in the organization, as well as preparing and controlling operational budgets, inventory, and payroll.I also have a Master's degree in Political Science and Government, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to liaise effectively with local government and international institutions. Before joining HTI Visions, I worked as a Liaison Officer at the Office of the UN Development Coordinator in Kosovo, where I facilitated the coordination and planning of an integrated UN Kosovo Team response to the needs emerging from the transition to a post-status environment. I also served as an External Political Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Local Government Administration, where I advised on strategy development and the implementation of policies and procedures concerning freedom of movement and returns. I organized multi-ethnic events and projects to promote social tolerance and dialogue in Kosovo, and chaired the Kosovan Delegation of the Technical Sub Working Group of the Direct Dialogue Working Group on Returns, a high-level forum aiming to develop local government capacity in international negotiations. My mission is to leverage my political expertise and experience, as well as my business and management skills, to deliver high-quality and innovative surveillance solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and partners. I am passionate about improving the security and well-being of communities and organizations, and I am always ready to take on new challenges and opportunities.
